Tom Koffel, Facility Manager of Vora Technology Park

Since VTP opened its doors, Tom Koffel has served as the facility manager. With security a number one priority at VTP, Tom skillfully and meticulously focuses on overseeing technical support, security systems, and the emergency systems. Prior to joining the VTP team, Tom’s accomplished career included over 20 years in various senior positions at both the corporate and business levels. As a previous project manager, Tom was responsible for sales support and management of building automation installation, and fire and security systems for large commercial facilities. Tom has extensive prior experience within a Fortune 500 company as a systems application engineer and has acquired expertise in capital planning, design, and support of electrical and mechanical systems. Tom has additional experience in customer training and technical support of computer automation systems.
